About The Position
The Blending Operator at Heartland Food Products Group is responsible for setting up and operating equipment that mixes or blends ingredients used in the manufacturing of food products. This role requires a functional expert who can provide direction, training, and assistance to other operators while ensuring safety, quality, production, and cost KPIs are met. The position is on-site at the Indianapolis Manufacturing Plant and involves troubleshooting, improving operations, and achieving efficiency targets.
