About the position

The 3rd Shift Concierge at Resort Lifestyle Communities is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and hospitality to residents and guests during overnight hours. This role involves monitoring the community, responding to resident needs, and performing light maintenance tasks. The position requires a commitment to the company's core values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty, and service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Perform housekeeping and custodial duties in common areas to prepare the community for the upcoming day.
  • Monitor and respond to emergencies, including the resident emergency call system and fire alarm panel.
  • Assist with various tasks such as interacting with residents and guests, answering phones, and performing administrative work.
  • Serve as the sole point of contact for the community during the 3rd shift, providing support to residents and preparing the community for the day ahead.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older and maintain a current driver license with a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • Ability to remain awake and alert throughout the night to respond to emergencies.
  • Ability to move tables and furniture, lift and carry approximately 25 pounds, and operate janitorial equipment.
  • Previous work experience in customer service or hospitality, especially during overnight hours, is preferred.
