The Customer Service Representative at Parker's Kitchen plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to customers while processing orders efficiently. Responsibilities
- Provide fast and friendly customer service during each visit.
- Accurately handle cash register operations and cash transactions.
- Operate front-end equipment such as registers, calculators, and scanners.
- Handle cash, credit/debit payments, and assist customers with inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain knowledge of all items and assist customers in locating products throughout the store.
- Ensure checkout areas are clean and orderly at all times.
- Process alcohol, tobacco, lottery sales, and other age-regulated products.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills to enhance the guest experience and resolve concerns.
- Foster a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency with numbers.
- Proficient in cash handling and mathematical skills.
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
- Outgoing and friendly behavior with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Must be at least eighteen years old to work on store-side.
