About the position

As a Line Leader on the third shift, you will be responsible for overseeing the production team in a manufacturing environment. Your primary focus will be to ensure maximum throughput while adhering to safety and quality standards. This role requires effective leadership and communication skills to manage team dynamics and production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Review production requirements and assign tasks to team members based on skill sets.
• Verify line clearance, components, and conduct quality inspections.
• Train personnel on safety and quality procedures.
• Monitor production efficiency and report updates to the Production Supervisor.
• Complete batch records and reconcile materials post-production.

Requirements

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Detail-oriented and dependable, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations is highly preferred.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
