In this role, the operator must demonstrate the ability to run two injection mold machines independently within six months of employment. This includes constructing boxes for packing, entering information on log sheets for quality checks, and lifting and carrying boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. The operator will also need to communicate effectively with the shift supervisor regarding any machine malfunctions or issues with scrap quantities. Building effective working relationships with coworkers is also emphasized, as teamwork is vital in a manufacturing setting.
