Operators are expected to learn and perform repetitive job tasks, which may include rotating to new tasks up to three times per shift, each with different physical requirements. The role involves operating equipment and tools that require close control and adjustment, following production orders, and maintaining regular and dependable attendance. Compliance with safety, quality, and production standards is essential. The work environment can be noisy, necessitating hearing protection in designated areas, and operators may experience high temperatures and humidity during certain seasons.   • Experience with hand tools and machinery is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Lock Out/Tag Out and safety procedures.
