Operators are expected to learn and perform repetitive job tasks, which may include rotating to new tasks up to three times per shift, each with different physical requirements. Compliance with safety, quality, and production standards is essential. Requirements

- Experience with hand tools and machinery is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Lock Out/Tag Out and safety procedures.
