Responsibilities
- Lease private salon suites to various salon professionals.
- Provide a supportive environment for salon professionals to operate their businesses.
- Ensure the salon is well-maintained and secure with 24/7 access and surveillance.
- Facilitate the sale of retail products by salon professionals.
- Manage leasing agreements and ensure compliance with salon policies.
Requirements
- Must have an established clientele.
- Experience in the salon industry as a stylist, barber, esthetician, or similar role.
