Requirements

  • Two to five years of experience working on complex affordable housing or real estate matters involving the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) programs.
  • Focus on HUD regulatory and transactional issues.
  • Strong interest in real estate finance, housing, and community development.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local real property, affordable housing, and community development programs and regulations, including HUD's Rental Assistance Demonstration program (RAD).
  • Stellar academic credentials and superb communication and writing skills.
  • Experience and comfort with a variety of technology and project management approaches.
  • Commitment to excellence and the desire and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of HUD's Rental Assistance Demonstration program (RAD) is preferred.
