About the position

The 5G Wireless Telecommunication Solutions Architect and Engineer will support the development of architectural blueprints for new 5G and nextG networks and enhancements to production networks. This role requires applying advanced consulting and extensive technical expertise along with full industry knowledge to develop innovative solutions to complex problems. The individual will work without considerable direction and will also mentor and supervise team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with telecommunications as a solutions architect designing, implementing, or managing 2G, 3G, and 4G core networks.
• Knowledge of 5G core network specifications, solutions, and operations.
• Knowledge of Multi-Access Edge Computing (MEC) implementation and usage.
• Knowledge of 3GPP standards, network protocols, procedures, implementation, and call flows.
• Ability to be a self-starter, work independently, and communicate effectively with internal and client teams.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.

• Ability to monitor telecommunications and 5G and 6G industry and vendor landscapes regularly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to develop technical briefs.
