We are conducting a virtual focus group for residents of Wyoming, specifically a mock jury session scheduled for Friday, August 23, 2024, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. This session will be held online, and participants must have access to the internet, along with either a computer equipped with a video camera and microphone or a smartphone capable of using Zoom. The purpose of this mock jury is to gather opinions on various cases, and selected participants will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement prior to receiving the Zoom link for the session. Participants must log in by 1:00 PM, as late arrivals will not be permitted to join. A Zoom link will be sent via email at 12:00 PM on the day of the session, provided the confidentiality agreement has been returned. Participants will be compensated $50 for their involvement, with payment processed through PayPal after the session concludes. It is essential for participants to have an active PayPal account, as no other payment methods will be accepted. Additionally, participants will need to show proof of residency before the session begins. Please note that this virtual focus group will be recorded, and all recordings will be kept confidential. It is important to mention that individuals who have been called for jury duty in 2024 may not be eligible to participate in this focus group.
