About the position

The 5th Generation Fighter Program Management and Technical Support Professional at RiverTech will be responsible for providing comprehensive support for the integration and management of DMO systems with the 5th Generation Fighter Mission Training Centers (MTCs). This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure effective training device requirements and simulator enhancements, as well as managing budget submissions and operational strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing, refining, and producing life cycle management plans for DMO systems integration with 5th Generation Fighter MTCs.
  • Support the integration of CAF DMO capability requirements into the 5th Generation Fighter MTC programs.
  • Consolidate and submit requirements for annual Budget Estimate Submissions/Amended Budget Estimate Submissions (BES/ABES) and annual Program Objective Memorandum (POM) submissions.
  • Provide training advice on operational, logistical, and technical issues related to 5th Generation Fighter programs.
  • Collaborate with Functional Area Managers to develop training device requirements and resolve training issues.
  • Interface with the 5th Generation Fighter O&I SPO and training sites to address technical problems.
  • Ensure successful simulator upgrades and enhancements in collaboration with the 5th Generation Fighter SPO.
  • Develop, validate, and coordinate various requirements documents including AF Forms 1067, ICDs, CDDs, CPDs, and CRDs.
  • Prepare briefings, Bullet Background Papers (BBP), and Technical Reports as requested.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance
  • Rated Fighter Experience; F-35/F-22 preferred
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years of MAJCOM or higher staff experience
  • 5 years of M&S, DMO, and LVC experience
  • 5 years of experience in Requirements, Operations, and SPO capabilities and responsibilities
  • 5 years of experience with JCIDS staffing processes and requirements development
  • Experience in Planning, Programming, and Budgeting System (PPBS) for POM development and programming of funds
  • Experience preparing PEM documents and briefings
  • Experience in preparing and presenting high level briefings, BBPs, and Technical Reports
