About the position
The Cleaning Authority is seeking full-time professional house cleaners to join their team in Solon, Ohio. This role involves working in pairs to clean residential homes efficiently using a unique cleaning process. The position offers a structured work schedule with no weekends or nights, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Employees are provided with comprehensive training and opportunities for career advancement within the company.
Responsibilities
- Clean the interior of clients' homes in teams of two.
- Follow the company's Detail Clean Rotation System to ensure quality cleaning.
- Manage time effectively to clean 3-5 homes per day based on size.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while serving clients.
- Drive to various locations and alternate driving days with a partner.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid Driver's License and access to a car required.
- Ability to be on your feet all day and perform light lifting (less than 15 pounds).
- Reliability and punctuality are essential for scheduling clients.
- Willingness to learn and adhere to the company's cleaning processes.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in residential cleaning is a plus.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
