• Manage mechanic assignments and provide on-the-job training (OJT).

• Assist in developing strategies for production improvements.
• Communicate job expectations and consequences to employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with 1 year of relevant experience substitutable for 1 year of education.
• 5 years of experience required; 8 years preferred.
