About the position

The FSN-08 Administrative Assistant (Executive Assistant) position at USAID/Nepal is designed to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and ensure the smooth operation of the office. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence, which are critical to the effective functioning of the organization. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for maintaining organized records, preparing reports, and assisting in the preparation of presentations and other documents as needed. In addition to traditional administrative duties, the Executive Assistant will play a key role in facilitating communication between various departments and external stakeholders. This includes liaising with other government agencies, NGOs, and community organizations to ensure that all parties are informed and engaged in relevant initiatives. The role may also involve supporting special projects and initiatives that align with USAID's mission in Nepal, requiring flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
