About The Position

The Retail Associate at Goodwill Industries is responsible for providing excellent customer service to shoppers and donors, promoting a positive relationship that enhances the organization's profitability. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and donors upon entering the store.
• Bag merchandise and promptly answer the phone with the correct Goodwill greeting.
• Accurately handle store returns.
• Receive, stock, tag, count, and inventory merchandise.
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks from the distribution center.
• Stock and merchandise textiles, electronics, furniture, housewares, and other goods, ensuring safety and compliance with recall lists.
• Perform general housekeeping, custodial, and janitorial duties as assigned.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
