About the position
As a Gas Station Attendant at 76 Gas Station, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service while managing various tasks associated with the gas station operations. This part-time position requires you to work primarily on weekends, specifically as a weekend closer from 2 PM to 10 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with fuel purchases, handling transactions, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the station. You will also be expected to learn the operations of the Subway restaurant located within the gas station, which includes food preparation and customer service, allowing you to earn perks such as free food once you have mastered the necessary skills. The ideal candidate will be someone who is highly motivated, energetic, and eager to learn the correct procedures for operating the gas station and Subway. You must possess strong social skills and a customer-oriented mindset, treating all customers and employees with respect. Previous experience in cashiering is required, and while prior accounting experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory.
