About the position

Providence is seeking a Communication Senior Manager, Digital Reputation to lead the digital reputation strategy and manage review and response programs across various geographic regions, facilities, and medical groups. This role is pivotal in enhancing the online presence of Providence by collaborating with cross-functional teams, internal and external partners, and vendors to execute effective reputation management initiatives. The successful candidate will analyze insights, trends, data, and reports to create optimal customer experiences and identify opportunities for strengthening the organization's online reputation. Additionally, the Communication Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering presentations that effectively communicate strategies and priorities to diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding across the organization. This position is fully remote for applicants residing in Washington, Oregon, or California, allowing for flexibility while contributing to a mission-driven organization. The role requires a strong background in communication, public relations, or marketing, with a focus on healthcare experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful communication programs and business relationships, particularly in highly matrixed and geographically dispersed organizations. Responsibilities

  • Lead digital reputation strategy and review response programs across multiple regions and facilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, internal and external partners, and vendors to execute reputation management initiatives.
  • Analyze insights, trends, data, and reports to create optimal customer experiences and identify opportunities for strengthening online presence.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to effectively communicate strategies and priorities to diverse stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing and leading successful communication programs.
  • Demonstrated experience managing communication programs and business relationships.
  • Experience working in highly matrixed and geographically dispersed organizations and teams.
  • Demonstrated writing and editing experience.
  • Demonstrated health care experience.
