As a Retail Marketer, you will be responsible for attending pre-scheduled shifts at various retail stores, where you will interact with potential customers and generate leads for our local office. This role requires excellent verbal communication skills, self-motivation, and dependability, along with reliable transportation to travel to different retail locations. The hours and days of work will vary, and weekend availability is essential for this position. In this role, you will be expected to exceed lead targets and goals set by the Retail Event Marketing Manager. You will engage with customers using high-energy and positive techniques, providing product demonstrations and educating them about our industry-leading products. The ability to work independently while keeping your manager informed is crucial. You will also need to meet predetermined performance goals and generate high-quality leads that contribute to the success of our marketing efforts.
