This position is ideal for seniors, retirees, college students, or anyone who enjoys engaging with their community. As a Retail Marketer, you will be responsible for attending pre-scheduled shifts at various retail stores, where you will generate leads for our local office through direct interaction with potential customers. The role requires excellent verbal communication skills, self-motivation, and dependability, along with reliable transportation to travel to different retail locations. The Retail Marketer will be expected to exceed lead generation targets set by the Retail Event Marketing Manager. You will engage with customers using high-energy and positive techniques, providing product demonstrations and educating them about our industry-leading products. This position offers flexible scheduling, with hours and days varying, and weekend availability is a must. We offer competitive compensation at $18 per hour, plus commission, with opportunities for performance-based pay increases and growth into management positions. Responsibilities

• Attend pre-scheduled shifts in retail stores to generate leads.
• Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations.
• Exceed issued lead targets and goals set by the Retail Event Marketing Manager.
• Work independently while keeping the manager informed of progress.
• Meet predetermined performance goals for lead generation.
