About the position

LeafFilter Gutter Protection, a rapidly growing home improvement company, is seeking part-time Retail Marketers to join our team. This position is ideal for seniors, retirees, college students, or anyone who enjoys engaging with their community. As a Retail Marketer, you will be responsible for attending pre-scheduled shifts at various retail stores, where you will generate leads for our local office through direct interaction with potential customers. This role requires excellent verbal communication skills, self-motivation, and dependability, as well as reliable transportation to travel to different retail locations. The Retail Marketer will utilize high-energy and positive engagement techniques to provide product demonstrations and educate potential customers about our industry-leading products. You will be expected to meet predetermined performance goals and exceed lead targets set by the Retail Event Marketing Manager. This position offers flexible scheduling, with hours and days varying, and weekend availability is a must. We offer competitive compensation starting at $18/hour plus commission, with opportunities for pay increases based on performance. Responsibilities

• Attend pre-scheduled shifts in retail stores to generate leads for the local office.
• Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques.
• Work independently while keeping the manager informed of progress and activities.
• Meet predetermined performance goals and exceed lead targets set by the Retail Event Marketing Manager.
• Generate high-quality leads for our industry-leading products.
