Intrado is looking to hire an 911 Accuracy Coordinator in Longmont, CO to join our Life & Safety business segment.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for performing wireless carrier cell data maintenance by data entering information in accordance to established departmental procedures
- Perform data preparation for call routing ensuring 100% accuracy
- Serve as the point of contact for all Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) making follow-up calls, as necessary; prepare and distribute a variety of reports as requested by supervisor
- Establish a good working relationship with team members and department contacts in order to maintain and continuously strive to improve the level of overall service being provided
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or GED required
- Experience: Minimum two years clerical, data entry or customer service experience required
- Experience in a public safety or 9-1-1 industry environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required
