Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role focused on application delivery, APIs, microservices, and SaaS applications.
• Certifications in Cloud (AWS or Azure) and ITIL.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with an understanding of application performance and business impact.
• Technical understanding of application details and their impact on business operations.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Effective problem-solving skills to identify issues and coordinate solutions.

Nice-to-haves

• Proficiency in Java, SQL, and related technologies.
• Good knowledge in Data Stage is preferred.
• Knowledge in underwriting processes is a bonus.
