In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of financial tasks that are essential to the smooth operation of our accounting department. Your primary duties will include posting financial transactions into subsidiary books and general ledgers, reconciling and balancing accounts, and generating and analyzing financial statements. You will also prepare and process payroll, generate 1099s and W2s, and calculate and prepare tax statements. Additionally, you will communicate with clients, client suppliers, vendors, and banking contacts, assisting in client retention and identifying client growth opportunities.
