In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of financial tasks that are essential to the smooth operation of our accounting department. You will post financial transactions into subsidiary books and general ledgers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Additionally, you will reconcile and balance accounts, generate and analyze financial statements, and prepare and process payroll. Your responsibilities will also include generating 1099s and W2s, calculating and preparing tax statements, and communicating with clients, client suppliers, vendors, and banking contacts. You will play a key role in assisting with client retention and identifying client growth opportunities.
