Your focus will be on how to wow clients now and in the future, ensuring that their needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually. This position requires a friendly and inviting demeanor, as you will be the first point of contact for clients, answering phones and greeting them in a personalized manner. You will also be responsible for matching clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs and scheduling appointments according to their preferences. Maintaining office cleanliness and organization will be part of your duties, along with other tasks as assigned. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment that encourages clients to return year after year.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
  • Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
  • Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
  • Help to ensure all clients' needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office
