The Senior Automation Engineer will play a pivotal role in the automation activities within the organization. This position is focused on the design and development of an automation suite specifically tailored for testing the Data, Transformation, and Analytics platform. The engineer will work under the guidance of the Architect and will closely collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to ensure a comprehensive understanding of requirements. This collaboration is essential for developing effective automation solutions that enhance the overall workflow and efficiency of the testing process. In this role, the Senior Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing and executing QA tests using scripts that automatically verify the functionalities of various systems. This includes running tests for databases, systems, and software to ensure that all components function as intended. The engineer will also be tasked with identifying bugs and quality issues during the development phase, which is crucial for maintaining high standards of software quality. Additionally, the engineer will gather requirements from the QA team to develop the most effective automation solutions.
