About the position
The Junior Automated & Manual Test Engineer position is designed for individuals with a foundational understanding of testing methodologies, specifically in automated and manual testing. This role is ideal for entry-level candidates or those transitioning from military service, providing an opportunity to work in a hybrid environment with a focus on quality assurance in software development.
Responsibilities
- Conduct automated and manual testing of software applications.
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects.
- Utilize scripting skills to enhance testing processes and automation.
- Document test results and provide feedback to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of experience in a related field, or no degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in automated and/or manual testing methodologies.
- Scripting experience is required.
- Active TS/SCI with a Full Scope Polygraph Security Clearance.
