Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads from potential customers.
• Consult with customers to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverages and products.

• Adapt to different work environments and schedules as needed.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with prospects and customers.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Proficient typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire.
