About the position

As a Care Partner at Meadow Ridge, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors by providing personal care, health monitoring, emotional support, and assistance with daily activities. This position emphasizes compassion and innovation in senior living, ensuring that residents feel valued and engaged in their community.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to elders, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Monitor and document health changes in elders, reporting any concerns to the Wellness Team.
• Offer emotional support to elders, engaging in conversation and providing companionship.
• Assist elders with meals, including feeding those who require additional support.
• Engage elders in social and recreational activities to promote their well-being.
• Communicate effectively with elders, their families, team members, and guests.
• Maintain cleanliness through light housekeeping duties.

Requirements

• Willingness to learn and work within a team environment.
• Good verbal communication skills and the ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Licensing documentation as required by state regulations.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Capability to perform job responsibilities with or without accommodation.
