About the position
The Players Club Representative is responsible for managing the enrollment of new members and the daily operations of the Player's Club. This role involves promoting membership benefits, assisting guests, and participating in various casino events and promotions.
Responsibilities
- Effectively and accurately use Patron Management software for enrolling new members and daily operations of the Player's Club.
- Promote The Club membership to guests.
- Welcome and assist every guest at assigned locations.
- Greet buses arriving on property and provide accurate explanations of The Club and necessary bus information/packages.
- Identify and establish prospective players club members and explain the benefits of membership.
- Issue complimentary services and assist with redemption transactions according to casino guidelines.
- Participate in promotions, events, and sponsorships as needed.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all casino promotions, giveaways, events, and general information.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required, unless waived by the Director of Human Resources.
- Six months of one-on-one customer service experience utilizing excellent communication and interpersonal skills is desired.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Asian languages is a plus.
