Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer service calls regarding electric service inquiries, bills, and power outages.
- Assist customers with questions and provide solutions in both English and Spanish.
- Complete pre-employment testing successfully.
- Maintain excellent communication and computer skills while working remotely.
- Work a variable schedule that may include weekends and mandatory overtime during outages.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Fluency in Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write in the language.
- 2+ years of experience in complex customer service roles.
- Ability to work a schedule with variable start times within the call center hours.
