About the position

The Licensed Inside Sales Representative at Allstate Insurance Company is responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication with prospective customers via various channels including inbound and outbound calls, live chat, and SMS. This role requires utilizing strong sales skills to identify customer needs, recommend appropriate insurance solutions, and convert prospects into customers while adhering to company regulations and processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through inbound and outbound interactions with prospective customers.
• Uncover customer needs and identify gaps in coverage to recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Utilize Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Lines license to serve as a trusted advisor.
• Evaluate performance based on sales production, time management, and quality of business produced.
• Adhere to company and industry rules and regulations to protect Allstate and its customers.

Requirements

• Hold an active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License in your state of residence (preferred).
• At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience with a sales focus (preferred).
• Possess high stress tolerance and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace at home.
• HS Diploma or GED is required.
