About the position

The Customer Service Agent at Frontier Airlines is responsible for providing exceptional service to passengers during the check-in process and at the gate. This role involves assisting passengers with luggage, verifying travel documents, and ensuring a smooth boarding experience. The position requires flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, and involves both indoor and outdoor work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist passengers at ticket counters for check-in and luggage handling.
  • Verify passenger documentation prior to boarding.
  • Make announcements regarding arrivals and departures.
  • Check baggage and assign seats for flights.
  • Provide information to customers regarding flight details.
  • Maintain knowledge of flight times during shifts.
  • Assist with baggage tagging and claim reports.
  • Connect and disconnect Jetway/stairs as necessary.
  • Comply with attendance and tardiness standards.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess a valid Driver's License and other FAA required identification/seals.
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • Available and flexible to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Able to continuously lift, push, and pull up to 70 lbs.
