About The Position

The Asset Protection Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of Walmart facilities. Requirements

• 6 months experience as a Walmart associate or 1 year of work experience in a related field such as criminal justice or loss prevention.
• Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and safety auditing processes.
• Ability to analyze data and create reports using digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Support facility security staff and monitor access control equipment.
• Conduct compliance, safety, and food safety audits and reviews.
• Create audit reports and analyze claims related to worker's compensation.
• Engage with stakeholders to deliver project activities and support process updates.
• Gather and interpret data to create reports and suggest automation tasks.
• Assist in training delivery and maintain training content repositories.
• Communicate effectively with team members and business partners.
• Identify gaps in processes and suggest improvement strategies.
• Promote environmental issues and ensure compliance with regulations.
