The role requires flexibility in working hours and a hybrid work environment, combining both onsite and remote work.

Responsibilities

• Support the year-round Language Strategy by handling calls and acting as an interpreter based on license status.
• Provide education to Group Retiree Consumers regarding custom plan benefits.
• Work independently and apply knowledge/skills to moderately complex activities.
• Identify solutions to non-standard requests and proactively address challenges.
• Plan, prioritize, organize, and complete work to meet established objectives.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher).
• Bilingual fluency in English and French.
• Ability to interpret in English and French.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to type and talk simultaneously while navigating multiple screens and systems.
• Flexibility to work designated shifts between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m.
