About the position

The Marketing Specialist at RightCapital will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales team by creating and optimizing content, monitoring performance, and implementing best practices. This position is ideal for someone looking to advance their marketing career within a fast-growing financial planning software company.

Responsibilities

• Monitor email performance for Sales Associates and Sales Development Reps, implementing new content optimizations via Salesloft and Salesforce.
• Produce new written and visual content for the sales team, covering everything from prospecting to post-demo workflows.
• Manage the effective distribution process of leads to the Sales Development organization, leveraging Salesforce data wizard and MS Excel.
• Conduct regular training sessions, staying abreast of the latest trends to bring product and industry insights to the Sales team.
• Maintain a content repository for the Sales team, ensuring easy access to Marketing-generated content for daily activities.
• Continuously identify new content ideas from across the company, partnering with the Marketing team to bring new campaigns to life.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of Marketing experience preferred.
• BA in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Prior experience or familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Canva.
• A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools, and training best practices.
