About the position

The Customer Service Representative at CEFCO is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers while maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This role involves cross-selling products, assisting with store maintenance, and supporting inventory management. The position emphasizes a customer-first approach and offers opportunities for career growth within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch service to every customer.
  • Cross-sell items to complement the customer's purchase and highlight current marketing promotions.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean store, including taking out trash, sweeping, and mopping.
  • Stock shelves and coolers and assist with receiving deliveries to the store.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1-year prior customer service experience.
  • A can-do attitude and customer service-driven personality.
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • A results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to successfully complete the TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certificates.

Nice-to-haves

  • Cash handling experience is a plus.
