About the position

This opportunity is for a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) position with National Lutheran Communities & Services, located in Winchester, VA. The role primarily involves working night shifts or on a PRN/as-needed basis, with 12-hour shifts. As a compassionate RN, you will be entrusted with providing care to residents, ensuring that their needs are met with the same dedication and attention you would give to your own family. Your responsibilities will include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of your residents, which is crucial for maintaining continuity and quality of care. You will also take on a leadership role by training and supervising nursing assistants as needed.
