About the position
The position is for a Locum Anesthesiologist in West Reading, Pennsylvania, where the candidate will provide anesthesia services across various specialties including orthopedic, vascular, neuro, and pediatric cases. The role involves managing a high volume of patients and requires specific certifications and credentials.
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services for a variety of surgical procedures including orthopedic, complex vascular, head & spine, neuro, OB, pediatric, regional, and thoracic cases.
- Manage up to 50 patients per shift.
- Participate in weekday shifts and on-call duties as required.
- Complete necessary credentialing and licensing processes.
- Ensure compliance with ACLS, BLS, and PALS requirements.
Requirements
- Board Certified in Anesthesiology required.
- Current DEA license needed.
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required.
