About the position

The A/R Analyst position at Altera Digital Health is a remote role focused on managing accounts receivable processes to protect the financial integrity of the organization. Responsibilities

• Monitor, review, and manage assigned customer accounts to ensure timely collection of receivables.
• Engage in direct communication with customers to resolve outstanding balances and negotiate mutually beneficial resolutions.
• Escalate critical collections issues to management and the C-Suite for transparency and collaboration.
• Prepare concise reports for the finance department, including accounts receivable aging reports and cash flow forecasts.
• Collaborate with executive-level stakeholders to provide insights into receivables status and opportunities for process improvements.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts receivable ledgers to verify accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions in the financial system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• Proven experience in accounts receivable.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret contracts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience interfacing with different levels of an organization.
• Experience working on a global team and flexibility to participate in meetings across various time zones.
