About the position

The A/R Specialist position at Kforce involves managing accounts receivable for various national divisions. The role focuses on conducting research and analysis of open accounts, maintaining accurate reports, and ensuring timely follow-up with clients to facilitate payments. The specialist will work remotely and is expected to demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills while adhering to the firm's core values.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis of open AR for numerous national divisions
• Prepare and maintain various reports of AR to send out to regional directors
• Maintain accurate aging reports
• Identify and execute the necessary process of adjustments to accounts
• Send outstanding brokerage statements to clients for payment
• Perform daily follow-up with outstanding clients/sales team members
• Reconcile AR to the GL

Requirements

• Demonstrate excellent verbal/written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working remote, preferably with proven track record of success in similar environment(s)
• Ability to maintain professionalism when interacting with internal and external customers
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment and be detail oriented
• Ability to meet set deadlines
• Be self-directed, self-motivated and possess strong critical thinking skills
• Proficient computer skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
