About the position

The A/R Specialist will be responsible for managing daily accounts receivable transactions to support the financial and sales team. This role involves ensuring accurate invoicing, managing sales pricing, and maintaining good relationships with partners through timely and precise financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage sale pricing and conditions such as freight accrual, discount, brokerage, and rebate.
• Responsible for all sale accrual and sale invoice booking accurately.
• Register and update all sale invoices and ensure timely sending out of invoices.
• Process credit memos for all returns.
• Maintain all invoices entered into the SDI portals.
• Participate in routinely scheduled operations calls with Channel Ops and partners.
• Prepare analytical and ratio analyses relevant to accounts receivable for management review.
• Evaluate and recommend solutions for continuous improvement in accounts receivable processes.
• Support other accounting and finance team members, including inventory management.
• Work on multiple projects and prioritize tasks based on due dates.

Requirements

• 2 years of accounting experience required.
• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel required.
• Strong mathematical skills and understanding of basic finance principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Superb time management and detail orientation.
