About the position
The Mobile Team at Miami HEAT is looking for enthusiastic, tech-savvy individuals to join as part-time team members. This role focuses on enhancing the fan experience through mobile technology, including mobile ticketing, the Miami HEAT app, and various digital initiatives. Team members will work during home games and select events, assisting with setup and fan engagement activities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a visible expert with mobile ticketing, engaging with fans and troubleshooting issues.
- Answer fan questions and assist with mobile entry, ticketing, mobile ordering, and HEAT rewards.
- Work closely with team members to increase Miami HEAT mobile app usage and support mobile initiatives.
- Execute marketing, sales, and user acquisition campaigns.
- Serve in an on-site leadership role at Miami HEAT events.
- Help plan, attend, and execute trainings on the HEAT app for internal staff.
- Provide strategic recommendations to enhance the digital fan experience.
- Brainstorm and present ideas for increasing fan engagement through events and marketing campaigns.
- Develop post-event reports showcasing sponsor exposure and fulfillment of key goals.
- Support the Mobile team with additional projects as assigned.
