As an Assistant Hospitality Manager at the Asilomar Conference Grounds, you will lead the Front Desk and Housekeeping teams in maintaining and surpassing the highest levels of quality standards and services. You will be responsible for training, developing, and motivating your team to optimize their collective strength, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and policies, and participating in departmental meetings to communicate clear goals. Your role will also involve reviewing staff levels to meet guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives, while empowering associates to provide excellent customer service. Additionally, you will be involved in the hiring process for managers and hourly associates, ensuring that the team is equipped to meet the demands of the operation.
