About the position

Aramark’s Accelerate to Leadership (A2L) Program is a year-long development and training initiative designed specifically for recent college graduates. This program offers early career talent valuable work experience, mentorship from industry leaders, and professional training across a variety of environments and business areas. The A2L Program provides participants with the resources necessary to ignite their full potential and launch an accelerated career path at Aramark. Selected candidates will have the opportunity to take on leadership roles within the company while participating in structured program activities and developmental exercises tailored to each candidate’s career track. The A2L Guest Services Manager will collaborate with Supervisors and Managers, reporting directly to the General Manager. This role involves providing operational support to critical areas such as the Front Desk, RV/Campground, Housekeeping, and other essential operations. As part of the learning process, the candidate will familiarize themselves with reservation systems and functional requirements, offering guidance, backup, and administrative support to ensure all functions operate smoothly and efficiently, ultimately ensuring guest satisfaction. Additionally, the candidate will have the opportunity to evaluate current processes and make recommendations to streamline workflows that will reduce costs and enhance guest satisfaction. The position will support Signal Mountain Lodge during the summer and Togwotee Mountain Lodge in the winter.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support to the Front Desk, RV/Campground, Housekeeping, and other critical operations.
  • Collaborate with Supervisors and Managers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Learn reservation systems and functional requirements to provide guidance and administrative support.
  • Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements to streamline workflows.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through effective operational support.

Requirements

  • Must graduate between December and August of the current school year for the rising A2L Program class.
  • All degree requirements must be completed prior to the start date of the program, including any final internship requirements.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship by Aramark now or in the future.

Nice-to-haves

  • A degree or background in hospitality, customer service, food service, facilities, operations, or sales.
  • Relevant coursework or work experience in related fields.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and execution skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and professional communication skills with teammates, customers, clients, and leadership.
