About the position

The A2L Program at Aramark is a year-long development and training initiative designed for recent college graduates, providing them with valuable work experience, mentorship, and professional training across various business areas. Participants will engage in structured activities and exercises aimed at fostering leadership skills and career advancement within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Providing analytical support to the Lines of Businesses
  • Preparing and leading the monthly financial review with the client; providing custom reports as needed, and responding quickly to questions and requests
  • Assisting in nurturing the relationship with the client
  • Preparing monthly bank account reconciliations, ensuring that discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner
  • Completing weekly, monthly and annual operating reports, all sales reports, special events sales billings and cash register audits for facility in a timely manner
  • Supervising all accounting office functions including cash disbursements, payroll, cash receipts and general ledger accounting
  • Coordinating financial audits of component with internal and external auditors
  • Managing and communicating cash flow related issues, including accurate and timely preparation of cash flow statements, management of receivables, payables, cash balance, control mechanism and timely deposits of all funds (weekly)
  • Generating Period critique reports for client and attending Accounting and Finance meetings
  • Working on special projects (P.O. CER Requests & Reconciliation)
  • Addressing any operational or financial issues in Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Supporting the Operations Teams in preparing Financial Projections and weekly closing of GFF/TCS/MTK
  • Reviewing financial measures of effectiveness daily
  • Developing methods of tracking financial performance

Requirements

  • Must graduate between December - August of the current school year for the rising A2L Program class
  • All degree requirements must be completed prior to the start date of the program (including any final internship requirements)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by Aramark for this position now or in the future
