About the position

The A2L Program at Aramark is a year-long development and training initiative designed for recent college graduates, providing them with valuable work experience, mentorship, and professional training across various business areas. Participants will have the opportunity to take on leadership roles while engaging in structured program activities tailored to their career tracks, fostering a community rooted in service, inclusion, and shared prosperity.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve general employee relations issues and provide direction to leadership.
  • Consult with managers on policies and compliance regarding employment-related matters.
  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and concerns regarding employment practices.
  • Conduct interviews and prepare documentation using investigation guidelines.
  • Recommend appropriate resolutions for complaints and develop action plans.
  • Interact with internal and external resources to acquire necessary information.
  • Coordinate leave of absence cases, ensuring compliance with policies and laws.
  • Review dashboard metrics daily to optimize efficiency and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in employee relations or related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent experience required.
  • Must graduate between December - August of the current school year for eligibility.

Nice-to-haves

  • A degree or background in hospitality, customer service, food service, facilities, operations, or sales.
  • Relevant coursework or work experience.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and execution skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to handle change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 based on qualifications and experience.
  • Potential for additional compensation through bonuses or commissions.
