About the position

The Customer Service Operations Agent (CSOA) serves as the primary liaison between Aloha Air Cargo and its customers, both domestic and international. This full-time position involves coordinating with U.S. Customs and other governmental agencies, managing charge transactions, and providing exceptional customer service at the cargo counter and warehouse kiosk. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure while interacting with a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the liaison between the company and customers, both domestic and international.
  • Coordinate with U.S. Customs and other governmental agencies.
  • Manage charge transactions accurately.
  • Interact with customers daily at the cargo counter and warehouse kiosk.
  • Provide customer service training and support to new agents.
  • Ensure compliance with Hazmat awareness and handling procedures.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • Recommended typing skills of 25 wpm or more.
  • Completion of customer service training provided by the company.
  • Completion of Jetstream training.
  • Knowledge of Hazmat awareness, acceptance, handling, documentation, and storage.

  • Familiarity with cargo operations and regulations.
