The AAP Production Associate position at Honda's Alabama Auto Plant involves working on the assembly line to perform various production assembly processes for automobiles and automobile parts. Responsibilities

• Adhere to all policies and procedures including safety, attendance, behavior, and performance.
• Work in an environment that requires personal protective equipment and follow all safety standards.
• Understand and follow operation standards and standard work procedures.
• Identify and report abnormal conditions of product and equipment.
• Participate in product improvement activities such as defect analysis and quality improvement.
• Work as a team and be assigned to different work tasks to complete production or other assignments required.

Requirements

• At least 12 months of experience in a manufacturing environment within the last 5 years (no experience required for military veterans and modern manufacturing certificate graduates).
• Ability to pass urinalysis drug screen and physical examination.
• Willingness to submit to a background check.
• Punctual and dependable attendance.
