Aarki is an AI company that builds advertising solutions to drive mobile revenue growth. We use AI to find audiences in a privacy-first world by using trillions of contextual bidding signals coupled with proprietary behavioral models. Our audience engagement platform includes a full-service agency team and Unified Creative Strategy that delivers ad creative ideation and execution. We have worked with hundreds of advertisers over 14 years and see 5M mobile ad requests per second from over 10B devices driving performance for publishers and brands. It is independently operated and headquartered in San Francisco, CA with offices across the United States, EMEA, and APAC. We are seeking a results-driven, innovative, and seasoned Network Engineer to join our engineering team in the US. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated infrastructure and Sr. DevOps engineer with the expertise to manage multiple data centers and coordinate with various vendors. This role demands a proactive and strategic approach to managing and enhancing the infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, and maintaining high security and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage systems within colocation data centers, including servers, network setups, power management, and ISPs
  • Manage relationships and coordinate activities with vendors such as colocation providers, remote hands services, software suppliers, and hardware suppliers
  • Assist in developing and managing annual budgets for the infrastructure and DevOps department
  • Review and generate responses for security, data protection, and vendor contracts to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Manage and maintain various tools and platforms, including Slack, Google Workspace, Okta, GitLab, YouTrack, AWS, and others
  • Provide technical assistance to end users, including laptop support, conference room setups, office Wi-Fi, and employee onboarding/offboarding
  • Monitor and manage alert systems, including Opsgenie, Slack, Zabbix, and Sentry
  • Plan and execute datacenter-related projects such as migrations, consolidations, and hardware refreshes
  • Lead and manage the infrastructure and DevOps team, fostering the development and growth of team members
  • Design and implement disaster recovery plans, ensuring regular testing and updates to maintain readiness

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10+ years of professional work experience
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Mathematics, or another technical field
  • Proven experience in managing infrastructure and DevOps teams
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, server management, and virtualization technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Benefits

  • Salary range of $125,000-$160,000 inclusive of base, bonus, and other benefits
